Cheer Heat - Cheerleading Program

We recommend beginning a cheerleading training program a minimum of two years before a student is due to tryout for school cheerleading to get them better prepared to manage the necessary skills and information involved in a sport of cheerleading.
Cheer Sparks - Beginner Class
Our Sparks class is designed to introduce students to the beginner level skills that are needed in the sport of cheerleading. Tumbling and trampoline, cheers, jumps, dance and stunting are all covered in this level. Students are required to master 90% of all skills on the Sparks skills chart to advance to the Burn cheer class. This class is one hour in length.

Cheer Burn - Intermediate Class
Our Burn class teaches the intermediate skills needed in the sport of cheerleading. Tumbling, cheers, jumps, dance and stunting are all covered in this level. Students are required to master 90% of all skills on the Burn skills chart to advance to the Heat cheer class. This class is one hour in length.

Cheer Heat - Advanced Class
Our Heat class teaches advance cheerleading techniques including tumbling and trampoline, cheers, jumps, dance and stunting. Curriculum for this class is designed to prepare students for school cheerleading tryouts, and if the student has progressed through our cheer program curriculum, they will have a be much better prepared, and be less stressed when beginning a school cheerleading program.

Cheer TNT - Tumbling and Trampoline Class
Our TNT classes are designed with the same premise in mind as our cheer classes, however they are only designed to cover the disciplines of tumbling and trampoline. Tumbling is a skill that takes many years to master, and perhaps the hardest part of any cheer program to learn. These classes are created to help the student that is already familiar with the other parts of cheerleading, and only wishes to learn the tumbling needed to be successful in the sport. The levels are the broken down into TNT Sparks, Burn and Heat just as our cheer program, and the 90% mastery of each level's skills charts are required to advance from level to level.
