Fliptastics Storm (Beginner Class)

Our Storm group is our beginner level class designed to introduce the students to beginner level skills on all the events and disciplines in women’s artistic gymnastics.  This level is equivalent to USA Gymnastics levels 1&2.  Advancement out of this class is based on a 90% mastery of the skills on the Storm skills chart.  Classes at this level are 1 hour and 5 minutes in length.

Fliptastics Thunder (Beginner II Class)

Our Thunder group is our second beginner level class designed to help students perfect their beginner level skills, and introduce them into intermediate skills.  This level is equivalent to USA Gymnastics levels 2&3.  Advancement out of this class requires 90% mastery of the skills on the Thunder skills chart.  Classes at this level are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

Fliptastics Twisters (Intermediate Class)

Our Twisters group is our intermediate class designed to help the students master their intermediate skills learned at the Thunder level and introduce them to the additional intermediate skills needed to advance to our Hurricane level.  This level is equivalent to USA Gymnastics level 3&4.  Advancement out of this class requires 90% mastery of the skills on the Twister skills chart.  Classes at this level are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length.

Fliptastics Hurricanes (Advanced Class)

Our Hurricanes group is our advanced class designed to introduce advanced gymnastics skills, and master them to the point of 90% proficiency on the Hurricanes skills chart.  Students who master 90% or more of this skill level are considered for invitation onto our first level of our competitive team program, Team Lazer Spirit.  Hurricanes level is equivalent to USA Gymnastics levels 4&5, and is 1 hour and 15 minutes in length, and it is recommended to enroll in a minimum of two classes per week.
