Warrior - Beginner Boys Class
Our boys Warrior class is designed to tach all the Olympic events, and includes strength and flexibility training to enhance participation in other sports. Boys are required to master 90% of the skills on the Warrior skills chart before advancing to the Gladiator level of our boys program.
Gladiator - Intermediate and Advanced Boys Class
Our boys gladiator program encompasses all the Olympic events, and focuses strongly on the development of small and large muscle groups for strength, flexibility and agility. This group works on all the areas of health and fitness so that our boys are better prepared for the sports that they choose outside of gymnastics.
