BOYS WARRIOR CLASS - 1 HOUR AND 5 MINUTES
This is a beginner boys class that teaches all the Olympic events and includes strength and flexibility training to enhance participation in other sports. This class is a preparation class for the boys Gladiator class.

BOYS GLADIATOR CLASS - 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES
This is our intermediate and advanced boys program that encompasses all the men's Olympic events and focuses strongly on the development of small and large muscle groups for strength, flexibility and agility. The boys warrior class is a pre-requisite to this class.

DIAPERMONKEYS - 45 MINUTES
This is a child guided class that includes introduction to movement through music, dance, creative play and imagination stations. It is done with a parent or other adult of choice, and is designed to increase the children's social skills, fine motor skills, balance and coordination. The children are introduced to concepts that will be needed upon entering a school or daycare setting.
COST: $55.00/MONTH AGES: 18 MO-3 YRS. FREQUENCY: WEEKLY
TUMBLEMONKEYS - 50 MINUTES
This is the second tier to our preschool movement education program and shifts from a child guided class to a teacher guided class. In addition to the movement education aspect, children are now introduced to such concepts as waiting their turn, following patterns and directions and guided discovery. They are also intoduced more closely to beginning gymnastics skills at this level.
COST: $60.00/MONTH AGES: 3-4 YRS FREQUENCY: WEEKLY
KINDERMONKEYS - 50 MINUTES
This is a more advanced version of our tumblemonkey program and the movements and skills become slightly more advanced. These children have mastered a minimum of 85% of our tumblemonkey curriculum and are ready to begin more challenging activities both physically and intellectually. The children at this level begin to do more independent skill work and movements that require more body and spacial awareness.

MIGHTMONKEYS - 1 HOUR AND 5 MINUTES
This is our advanced preschool movement class and children entering this class must have mastered 85% of both our tumble and kindermonkey curriculum. They are taught in a fun, yet more structured atmosphere by a USA gymnastics certified coach at our Master Coaching level. This program is for our children who have advanced beyond our average movement program and need more challenging activities to stimulate their bodies and minds.

TNT (Tumbling and Trampoline) CLASS - 1 HOUR
Our TNT classes are designed to teach tumbling using the floor and trampoline, as well as lead up drills, conditioning and flexibility for advanced power tumbling. These classes are taught only by our master coaches who are well versed in spotting techniques for advanced tumbling. This class is a great class in which to participate in conjunction with a cheer class, or in place of a cheer class if tumbling is all that you wish to learn.

CHEERLEADING CLASSES - 1 HOUR
Our cheer classes are divided into three levels of training. They are designed to teach the basic skills of cheerleading for those children who will eventually tryout for cheerleading either at school or for our competitive program. These classes include level appropriate instruction on tumbling, cheers, jumps, stunts and cheer dance. While tumbling is the main focus for these classes, we do address other areas of cheerleading during each class to better prepare them for their future in the sport. Spirit sticks are given out each week to our outstanding student.

CHEER SQUAD CLASSES - 1 HOUR
These classes are custom designed for you squad's individual needs. Our training will include tumbling, jumps, stunting, cheers, dance and perfecting your routine. The focus of this class will be determined by the sponsor, coach and squad members together and the lesson plans are formulated to meet your team's goals and objectives, aw well as increase your squad's capabilities over the course of the class. These classes require a minimum of 8 participants and are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. A discounted tuition rate applies if your squad commits to a minimum of 3 months of classes

ALL STAR CHEER AND DANCE TEAM - 2-4 HOURS/WEEK
Our competitive All-star cheerleading program is an invitation only class designed to prepare children for cheerleading, dance, jumps and tumbling in the compeititve realm. This program proudly boasts seven consecutive years of National Qualifying competitors and two dance group National Titles and awards. This squad is the pride of our cheer program.

CHEER CHOREOGRAPHY/CUSTOM MUSIC MIX - INCLUDES 8 HOURS OF TEACHING TIME IN THE GYM
Let our staff give your squad a jump on the competition with our custom music mixes and choreography. We can customize your routine to fit your squad's abilities and showcase your strengths. In accordance to rules and regulations of the cheer company of your choice, we will create your routine to shine over the competition. Many of our squads have received bids to National Competition and placed in the top 5. Dancemonkeys-45 Minute Class
Our Dance Monkey class is a specialty dance class designed to introduce the children to movement through music and dance. This instructor guided class is 45 minutes of dance, creative play, rythmn and counting and imagination stations designed for fun and learning.
Class Cost: $60/month
Required attire: Pink ballet shoes, black leotard and pink tutu. Uniform package cost: $55.00

Gym-N-Learn-1 1/2 Hour Class 2 Days a week
Our Gym-N-Learn preschool education classes are designed to incorporate movement and cognitive learning all into one class. This is a unique and innovative clas that involves 45 minutes of classroom activites and 45 minutes of gym time. The children use both physical and mental exercises to reinforce learning. Numbers, colors, shapes, math, reading and writing are all taught during this class, and then reinforced in the gym setting for better retention. By offering more than one learning style in the classroom and gym, the children are more likely to releate and retain the information being taught. This class is two days per week for 1 1/2 hours each day.

Cheer Monkeys-45 Minute Class
Our cheer monkey class is a 45 minute class desgined to introduce children to the sport of cheerleading. The kids are taught basic motions, jumps, cheer dance and cheers. Some tumbling is taught during this class, but the majority of this class is spent teaching the other aspects of cheerleading. This class incorportates a variety of props, themes and creative play to introduce the basics of cheerleading.

SUPER KIDS WEEK - EVERY 8 TO 10 WEEKS
This is a time when parents are allowed to take pictures, help spot and learn about their child's progress and things that they can do at home to help them improve safely. We encourage parents to attend and cheer their child on as they showcase many of the skills that they have learned and are learning, as well as receive their awards and promotions. Super Kids week takes place during their regular scheduled class, and the dates will be announced in the tumble times newsletter 3 - 4 weeks in advance. It is also posted on the calendar.
Fabulous Fridays - Ages 2 1/2 to 5 years - First and Fourth Friday Monthly
This is a day for only our preschool kiddos to come to the gym, have lunch with our club adventure staff and do various activities based on the themes for each week. Upcoming ones include:

Be a Hero (learning how to be a hero in your community)
Don't miss this exciting program designed for only preschoolers with early childhood in mind. Cost is $15 and children should bring a sack lunch unless specified on our calendar in the description of each theme and event.
SLEEPOVERS - 1ST FRIDAY OF EVERY MONTH BEGINNING IN OCTOBER
We have tons of fun at our sleepovers during the year. These are open to all children regardless of their class enrollment status. Each sleepover has a specific theme, and the activities are related to that theme. We generally begin with our back to school bash sleepover in October. Some of our upcoming themes include Let's talk Turkey, Welcome to the 50's. Pet Rescue and more. Parents this is a great way to plan your monthly date night, because you know your kids are in a safe and fun environment, and you can relax and enjoy a night without the kids. Spaces are limited so advanced sign up is recommended. Cost is $25.00 in advance and $30.00 day of.
MINI-MEETS - 5 TIMES PER YEAR - SEE SCHEDULE - COST VARIES (SEE FLYERS)
These meets are designed for your child to experience a real live gymnastics meet. They perform the routines that they learn in class and are given ribbons and medals based on a standard set by USA Gymnastics, our National Governing Body. Everyone will go home with a medal, 4 ribbons on a certificate suitable for framing and a goodie bag, along with all-around trophies and individual event ribbons. These are great for the children to learn the value of healthy competition without having to compare themselve to other children. They get to showcase the routines they have worked so hard in class to perfect. These meets are definitely something to encourage your child to participate in.

GAME NIGHT - 3RD SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH BEGINNING IN OCTOBER
Parents, this is a great night for you to have 3 hours of time to get some work done around the house, go to a movie or dinner, or just relax and enjoy some alone time. We take the kids and have 3 full hours of fun and games. We provide our highly energetic and superbly trained staff, snacks and goodie bags. Need a cheap baby sitter for a few hours? This is the event for you. Spaces are limited so advanced sign-up is recommended. Cost is $15.00 in advance and $20.00 day of.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES - WEEKDAYS BEFORE 3PM AND SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
Our birthday parties are a blast and include invitations, paper goods, cake and punch, and an entire hour in the gym with your super fun party host. Also 30 minutes in the party room for cake, punch and presents! The best part is you have no clean up. We do all the work for you. You just show up and have fun! Parties can be booked by calling our office a minimum of two weeks in advance, but spaces are limited so we suggest calling at least 4 weeks prior to ensure you can have the date and time of your choice.
